摘要
在现有研究基础上,对催化剂在煤直接液化反应过程中的催化机理进行了概述,介绍了煤液化用柱撑蒙脱石催化剂的研究进展及在多金属柱撑蒙脱石的合成制备方面所取得的一些成就,并在总结近年来有关纳米铁基催化剂的制备研究成果的基础上,提出了煤液化用新型FeS2纳米管催化剂的制备及进一步的研究方向和思路。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the catalytic mechanism of catalyst in direct coal liquefaction process based on the existing research,and introduces the research progresses of Pillared Montmorillonite (PILM) catalyst used in direct coal liquefaction and the achievement in the preparation of multi-metals Pillared Montmorillonite (PILM) catalyst.On the basis of reviewing the achievements on the preparation of nano iron-based catalyst for direct coal liquefaction in recent years,the synthetic method and the further research directions and ideas for a new kind of FeS2 nanotube catalyst in direct coal liquefaction are proposed.
