摘要

综述了循环水高浓缩倍率运行技术、中水深度处理技术和凝结水精处理技术的原理及特点,列举了各处理工艺的成功应用实例,指出其在火电厂节能减排中的优势。提高循环水浓缩倍率是火电厂节水的重要措施;中水回用大大减少了外排水量;凝结水精处理优化技术可进一步改善出水水质。火电厂节水减排是一个系统过程,通过对各技术进行合理的运行及优化,即可达到较为理想的效果。

Abstract

The principles and characteristics of the circulating water with high concentration ratio operation technology,the recycled water deep treatment technology and the precision treatment technology of condensate water are summarized.Some successful application examples by each treatment technology are listed.Their own advantages in energy saving of thermal power plant are pointed out.Improving the concentration rate of circulating water in thermal power plant is an important measure to save water.Reuse of the recycled water can significantly reduce discharge.The optimal precision treatment technology of condensate water can further improve water quality.The water-saving and emission reduction for thermal power plant is a systematic process,which can achieve ideal result through carrying out rational operation and optimization on various technologies.
