胺负载ZIF-8制备及其CO2吸附性能研究
Preparation of amine-loaded ZIF-8 and its CO2 adsorption performance
以沸石咪唑酯骨架ZIF-8为载体,通过物理浸渍的方式,分别将二乙醇胺(DEA)、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、四乙烯五胺(TEPA)负载于其上,制备了多种固体胺吸附材料。采用N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行表征,研究了胺种类、负载量、吸附温度、循环吸附过程对固体胺材料吸附性能的影响。结果表明,胺负载吸附剂CO2吸附性能随负载量的增加呈现先上升后下降趋势,且负载前后吸附剂的吸附性能受热力学的主导,随吸附温度升高而降低。负载50% TEPA的ZIF-8吸附剂改性效果最佳,在25℃时CO2吸附容量为1.56 mmol/g,为原始ZIF-8的1.97倍,经过10次吸附-脱附循环后,ZIF-8-TEPA(50)可维持82%以上的初始吸附容量,具有较好的循环稳定性能。
A variety of solid amine absorbents have been prepared using the zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-8 as a carrier,which has been physically impregnated with diethanolamine (DEA),polyethyleneimine (PEI) and tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA),respectively.N2 adsorption-desorption,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used for characterization,and the effects of amine type,loading amount,adsorption temperature and cyclic adsorption process on the adsorption performance of the solid amine materials were investigated.The results showed that the CO2 adsorption performance of the amine-loaded adsorbent showed an increasing and then decreasing trend with increasing loading,and the adsorption performance,both before and after amine loading,was thermodynamically dominated and decreased with increasing adsorption temperature.The ZIF-8 adsorbent loaded with 50% TEPA had the best modification effect,with a CO2 adsorption capacity of 1.56 mmol/g at 25℃,which was 1.97 times that of original ZIF-8.After ten adsorption-desorption cycles,ZIF-8-TEPA(50) retained more than 82% of the initial adsorption capacity,with a good cycling stability.
