聚乙烯亚胺-硫脲碳点缓蚀剂的制备及性能研究

聚乙烯亚胺-硫脲碳点缓蚀剂的制备及性能研究
Preparation and performance study of polyethyleneimine-thiourea carbon dots corrosion inhibitors
碳量子点(CDs)作为一种新型零维碳材料,具有毒性低、化学惰性强、环境友好、等优点,已被用于腐蚀防护领域,但其耐热性能有待提高。先以柠檬酸和乙二胺为碳源,通过水热法制备出N掺杂碳点。然后以聚乙烯亚胺和硫脲为功能化试剂,制备了一种新型聚乙烯亚胺-硫脲碳点酸化缓蚀剂(PEI-TU/CDs)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和热重分析(TGA)等对合成的PEI-TU/CDs形貌和结构进行表征分析,考察了缓蚀剂加量、温度、矿化度等因素对缓蚀剂效率的影响。结果表明:在140℃、15% HCl溶液、矿化度为40 000 mg/L、加量为1 000 mg/L的条件下,PEI-TU/CDs对N80钢片的腐蚀速率为47.98 g/(m2·h),达到了行业一级标准要求。机理研究表明,PEI-TU/CDs在N80钢表面的吸附是自发进行,且表现出以化学吸附为主的混合型吸附特征,且其等温吸附曲线符合Langmuir模式,属于阳极型缓蚀剂。
Carbon quantum dots (CDs),as a novel zero-dimensional carbon material,possess advantages such as low toxicity,strong chemical inertness,and environmental friendliness.They have been applied in corrosion protection,but their thermal stability requires improvement.In this study,N-doped CDs were first synthesized via hydrothermal synthesis using citric acid and ethylenediamine as carbon sources.Subsequently,polyethyleneimine (PEI) and thiourea were employed as functionalizing agents to synthesize a novel polyethyleneimine-thiourea carbon dot-based acidification corrosion inhibitor(PEI-TU/CDs).The morphology and structure of the synthesized PEI-TU/CDs were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The effects of inhibitor dosage,temperature and salinity on corrosion inhibition efficiency were investigated.Results indicate that under conditions of 140℃,15% HCl solution,40 000 mg/L mineralization,and 1000 mg/L dosage,PEI-TU/CDs achieved a corrosion rate of 47.98 g·m-2·h-1 on N80 steel plates,meeting the industry Class I standard requirements.Mechanism studies revealed that PEI-TU/CDs adsorption on N80 steel surfaces occurs spontaneously,exhibiting mixed adsorption behavior dominated by chemical adsorption.Its adsorption isotherm conforms to the Langmuir model,classifying it as an anodic corrosion inhibitor.
