A review of dihydroxynaphthalene (DHN) allomelanin: Synthesis mechanisms and advances in applied research
以1,8-二羟基萘为单体的异黑色素为核心,系统综述了异黑色素的合成机制,包括异黑色素的真菌合成途径和人工化学合成方法,并总结了合成机理。同时归纳了异黑色素的应用,包括光反应特性衍生出的光保护涂层材料、复合型防晒材料、新能源光电材料、光热转换与免疫协同治疗应用,以及抗氧化特性衍生出的抗炎与抗氧化治疗、新型抗氧化材料和抑菌材料应用。
This paper systematically reviews the synthesis mechanisms of allomelanin using 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene as the monomer,including both the fungal biosynthesis pathway and artificial chemical synthesis methods,along with an analysis of the underlying synthesis principle.The applications of allomelanin are summarized,including those based on its photoresponsive properties-such as photoprotective coatings,composite sunscreen materials,advanced optoelectronic materials for renewable energy,and applications in photothermal-immunotherapy-as well as those derived from its antioxidant capabilities,including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant therapies,novel antioxidant materials,and antimicrobial applications.
