基于多金属体系的渣油加氢催化剂构筑及加氢反应性能研究
Construction of a residue hydrogenation catalyst based on multi-metal system and study on hydrogenation reaction performance
基于相同的氧化铝载体制备了3种不同活性金属组合催化剂CAT-NW、CAT-NMW、CAT-NM。通过氮气物理吸附(BET)、X射线衍射、氢气程序升温还原、氨气程序升温脱附、CO吸附红外、X射线光电子能谱、透射电子显微镜等分析手段对催化剂进行表征,以渣油为原料进行催化剂活性评价。结果表明:各金属与载体的结合能变化不大,3种催化剂上活性金属镍的分散度相近;催化剂CAT-NMW硫化态活性相的长度层数比较高,表现出较高的脱氮率(HDN)、脱残炭率(HDCCR);催化剂CAT-NM硫化态活性相具有较低的长度层数比和较高的活性相分散度,显示出较高的脱硫率。
Based on the same alumina support,three different active metal combinations of catalysts CAT-NW,CAT-NMW,and CAT-NM are prepared.The catalyst is characterized by nitrogen physical adsorption (BET),XRD,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,CO adsorption infrared,XPS,TEM and other analytical methods.The activity of catalyst is evaluated using residual oil as feedstock.The resuls show that the binding energy between different active metal combinations and the support does not change significantly.The dispersion of active metal nickel on the three catalysts is similar.The sulfided active phase of catalyst CAT-NMW exhibits a relatively high ratio of length to number of stacking layers,demonstrating high hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) and Hydrogenation of residual carbon removal (HDCCR) activities.The sulfided active phase of catalyst CAT-NM shows a lower ratio of length to number of stacking layers and higher dispersion of the active phase,resulting in higher hydrodesulfurization activity.
