Recent advances on Ni-based catalysts for methanation of CO2 by hydrogenation
阐述了镍基催化剂在二氧化碳加氢制甲烷反应中的作用机理,系统总结了近年来镍基催化剂在该领域的研究进展,通过分析金属-载体相互作用、助剂调控及制备方法优化对催化剂甲烷化性能的提升作用,多尺度揭示了催化活性提升的本质规律,为镍基催化剂的高效构筑提供理论参考与设计策略,助力推动二氧化碳加氢制甲烷技术的工业化应用进程。
The mechanism of nickel-based catalysts in the reaction of carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methane was described.The research progress of nickel-based catalysts in this field in recent years was systematically summarized.By analyzing the metal-support interaction,promoter regulation and preparation method optimization,the improvement of methanation performance of catalysts was revealed.The essential law of catalytic activity improvement is revealed at multiple scales,which provides theoretical reference and design strategy for the efficient construction of nickel-based catalysts and promotes the industrial application process of carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methane technology.
