As an important means of surface decontamination in the decontamination process of nuclear facilities, strippable and self-brittle decontamination agents can effectively decontaminate various structures in the decontamination process and meet the decontamination needs in more complex environments. However,in the actual use process, due to more attention to the decontamination efficiency of decontamination agents, fewer studies have been conducted on factors affecting the decontamination process. To effectively cope with the future decontamination work the changes to the various complicated situation, this research to influence the brittleness detergent decontamination process related factors are discussed, with butyl acrylate (BA),methyl methacrylate (MMA),methacrylic acid (MAA),Acrylic Acid (AA) is a monomer. The design and synthesis of a series of detergents were studied.Through testing the particle size, wettability, contact angle and surface spread degree of different monomer combination detergents, the relevant factors affecting the detergents decontamination process were discussed. An optical microscope system was used to verify the rheological behavior of the detergent under different roughness interfacial flows.Combined with the characterization of the surface flatness and contact degree of the detergents after curing by optical microscope, the brittle-cracking behavior and mechanism of the detergents are explained, and the factors affecting the detergents’ decontamination work are further clarified.
