超分子低共熔溶剂甲基-β-环糊精/甲酸用于燃油萃取/氧化脱硫的研究

超分子低共熔溶剂甲基-β-环糊精/甲酸用于燃油萃取/氧化脱硫的研究
Study on the application of supramolecular deep eutectic solvent methyl-β-cyclodextrin/formic acid for fuel desulfurization by extraction/oxidation
以甲基-β-环糊精(Methyl-β-cyclodextrin,M-β-CD)作为氢键受体、甲酸(Formic acid,FA)作为氢键供体,制备了一种新型超分子低共熔溶剂,用于燃油的萃取/氧化脱硫。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(NMR)的表征结果证实成功制备了超分子低共熔溶剂M-β-CD/FA。在最佳反应条件下,二苯并噻吩和苯并噻吩的脱硫率均可达到100%。脱硫由萃取和氧化共同完成。超分子低共熔溶剂M-β-CD/FA在脱硫过程中起萃取剂和催化剂双重作用。此外,M-β-CD/FA展示较好的循环利用性能。
A novel supramolecular deep eutectic solvent was prepared using methyl-β-cyclodextrin (M-β-CD) as the hydrogen bond acceptor and formic acid (FA) as the hydrogen bond donor,and was used for fuel desulfurization by extraction/oxidation.The results of characterizations by FTIR and NMR indicated that the supramolecular deep eutectic solvent M-β-CD/FA was successfully prepared.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the desulfurization rates of both dibenzothiophene and benzothiophene can reach 100%.Desulfurization is achieved through a combination of extraction and oxidation.The supramolecular deep eutectic solvent M-β-CD/FA serves as both an extractant and a catalyst during the desulfurization process.Furthermore,M-β-CD/FA exhibits excellent recyclability performance.
