钙钛矿量子点在环境检测与光电器件的应用进展
Research progress on perovskite quantum dots in environmental detection and optoelectronic devices
探讨了配体工程与离子掺杂策略对钙钛矿量子点(PQDs)光学性能与稳定性的提升作用,其中PLQY最高可达98.5%。在环境检测方面,PQDs作为荧光探针,实现了对金属离子(如Cu2+、Pb2+、Hg2+)、新污染物(如抗生素、双酚A)的高灵敏、高选择性检测。在光电器件方面,基于PQDs的红光与绿光LED器件的外量子效率(EQE)已分别突破28.73%与30.84%,蓝光器件EQE也达到23.5%。总结了PQDs在性能调控、环境传感与光电器件等方面的研究进展,并对未来在稳定性提升、规模化制备及多领域应用等方面提出了展望。
In this paper,the effects of ligand engineering and ion doping strategy on the optical properties and stability of perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) were discussed,and PLQY can reach up to 98.5%.In terms of environmental detection,PQDs are used as fluorescent probes to achieve highly sensitive and selective detection of metal ions (such as Cu2+,Pb2,Hg2+) and new pollutants (such as antibiotics and bisphenol A).In terms of optoelectronic devices,the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of red and green LED devices based on PQDs has exceeded 28.73% and 30.84%,respectively,and the EQE of blue devices has also reached 23.5%.This review summarizes the research progress of PQDs in performance regulation,environmental sensing and optoelectronic devices,and looks forward to the future in terms of stability improvement,large-scale preparation and multi-field applications.
