生物基丁二酸的产业与技术研究进展
Progress in the industrialization and technology of bio-based succinic acid
生物基丁二酸是一种兼具可再生性、高衍生性、环境友好、应用领域广的生物基平台化合物,是“双碳”目标下能源化工企业绿色低碳转型的重点产品。梳理了其全球市场格局,归纳了三类主流发酵技术路线及代表性企业实践案例。通过文献计量与关键词聚类分析方法,提炼出当前研发热点,并综述了相关研究进展。最后,提出构建高性能菌株、开发非粮原料高效利用技术、设计低能耗分离纯化工艺等方向建议,以期为生物基丁二酸产业高质量发展提供参考。
Bio-based succinic acid is a bio-based platform compound that combines renewability,high derivability,environmental friendliness,and broad application areas.It is a key product for the green and low-carbon transformation of energy and chemical companies under the “dual carbon” goals.This paper reviews the global market landscape,summarizes three mainstream fermentation technology routes,and presents representative corporate practice cases.Through bibliometric and keyword clustering analysis methods,it identifies current research hotspots and reviews related research progress.Finally,recommendations were made to construct high-performance strains,develop technologies for the efficient utilization of non-grain raw materials,and design low-energy separation and purification processes,with the aim of providing reference for the high-quality development of the bio-based succinic acid industry.
