摘要

对明胶进行氨基化改性,同时用京尼平和单宁酸作为交联剂进行交联反应,然后冷冻干燥得到了氨基化明胶海绵。结果表明,该海绵具有丰富的孔状结构以及快速吸水能力,同时能够通过静电相互作用增强与血细胞间的结合能力,使其具有优异的止血性能,为快速止血材料的制备提供了新方法。

Abstract

To prepare hemostatic materials with excellent hemostatic performance,the gelatin is modified through amination,and then cross-linked with tannic acid and genipin as cross-linking agents,followed by freeze-drying to obtain an aminated gelatin sponge.This sponge has a rich porous structure and rapid water absorption capacity.It can also enhance the binding ability with blood cells through electrostatic interactions,exhibiting excellent hemostatic performance,thus providing a new method for the preparation of rapid hemostatic materials.
