摘要

概述了我国石化企业建设双重预防机制的作用和必要性,通过深入剖析石化企业双重机制应用案例及问题,进一步研究了基于数字化转型的石化企业双重预防机制效果提升模式,为我国石化企业的双重预防机制优化设计提供策略指导。

Abstract

This article outlines the role and necessity of building a dual prevention mechanism in China's petrochemical enterprises.Through in-depth analysis of the application cases and problems of dual prevention mechanism in petrochemical enterprises,it further studies the effectiveness improvement mode of dual prevention mechanism in petrochemical enterprises based on digital transformation,providing strategic guidance for the optimization design of dual prevention mechanism in China's petrochemical enterprises.
