摘要
通过国内外天然气计量技术相关专利,探究该领域的研究现状和未来发展方向。近年来,天然气计量技术专利申请总量呈增长态势;中国企业专利申请数量较多,但部分国外企业在专利价值度方面具有竞争力;高被引专利主要属于美国公司;中国专利布局更多集中在国内,而美国、德国、瑞士等国专利布局更广泛。中国在天然气计量方法的先进性、计量标准装置的精确度、计量设备的国产化、计量数据的智能化和信息化等方面与国外仍然存在差距。未来建议进一步提升天然气计量技术专利质量,加强国际专利布局,重视传统机构与新兴能源企业合作以及产学研合作,瞄准天然气计量领域的前沿热点技术,推动天然气产业发展与创新。
Abstract
Through retrieving and analyzing patents related to natural gas measurement technology worldwide,current research situation and future development trends in this field are explored.In recent years,total number of patent application in natural gas measurement technology has increased,Chinese enterprises have applied a relatively high number of patents in this field,but some companies out of China still maintain competitive strength in terms of patent value.High-cited patents are mainly owned by American companies and have been widely referenced.Chinese patents are more focused domestically,while patents applied from the United States,Germany,Switzerland,and other countries have a broader layout internationally.China still lags behind in the advanced nature of natural gas measurement methods,the precision of measurement standard devices,the local production of measurement equipment,and the intelligence and informatization of measurement data compared to other countries.In the future,it is recommended for China's applicants to further enhance the quality of natural gas measurement technology patents,strengthen international patent layout,emphasize the value cooperation between traditional institutions and emerging energy companies,as well as industry-university-research cooperation,focus on the cutting-edge and hot topics in the field of natural gas measurement,and promote the development and innovation of the natural gas industry.
