摘要
采用水溶液聚合法制备了阳离子型聚N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺水凝胶(CPNMA),并对其吸附废水中甲基橙(MO)的性能进行探究。利用SEM、FT-IR、TG及XPS对CPNMA进行表征。通过吸附动力学和吸附等温线模型拟合发现,在25℃下CPNMA对MO的吸附行为更符合拟二级动力学和Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附平衡时间为960 min,理论最大吸附量为371.6 mg/g。分析了吸附温度和溶液pH对吸附效果的影响,结果表明,在吸附温度为35℃及溶液pH=6时CPNMA可以呈现出最佳的吸附效果。综合分析,CPNMA的吸附机理包括氢键、静电作用、范德华力、n-π相互作用、表面吸附和孔隙填充。
Abstract
Cationic poly(N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide) hydrogel (CPNMA) is prepared through aqueous solution polymerization method,and its adsorption performance to methyl orange in wastewater is explored.SEM,FT-IR,TG,and XPS are employed to characterize CPNMA.It is found through fitting model that the adsorption behavior of CPNMA to methyl orange at 25℃ is more in line with pseudo second order kinetics and Langmuir isotherm adsorption models.The adsorption equilibrium time is 960 min,and the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity is 371.6 mg·g-1.In addition,the impacts of adsorption temperature and solution pH on adsorption effect are analyzed.Results show that CPNMA can exhibit the best adsorption effect at an adsorption temperature of 35℃ and a solution pH of 6.All in all,the adsorption mechanism of CPNMA includes hydrogen bonding,electrostatic interactions,Van der Waals force,n-π interaction,surface adsorption,and pore filling.
