摘要
利用氨基三乙酸(NTA)强化零价铁/过碳酸钠(Fe0/SPC)的类Fenton法进行去除双酚A(BPA)的研究。分别考察了Fe0、SPC和NTA的投加量、初始pH值以及温度对BPA去除效果的影响。结果显示,在室温、pH=7以及优化投加量的条件下反应30 min,NTA-Fe0/SPC体系对BPA的去除率可达到98.8%。不同方法的对比研究以及反应中铁离子浓度的测定结果表明,NTA与铁离子的络合维持了体系中稳定浓度的Fe(Ⅱ),从而拓宽了NTA-Fe0/SPC体系的pH适用范围;投加的Fe0不仅提供了催化剂Fe(Ⅱ),同时还可加速反应中Fe(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ)的循环,提高利用率。自由基淬灭实验结果表明,去除BPA的主要作用来自于·OH。伪一级动力学模型(R12=0.983 4~0.993 3)能更好描述NTA-Fe0/SPC去除BPA的行为,表明该过程以化学氧化为主,表观活化能为34.68 kJ/mol,属于表面控制的反应。热力学研究显示,去除BPA的反应是自发和吸热的过程。本研究为近中性条件下去除BPA提供了一种高效且环境友好的方法。
Abstract
A heterogeneous Fenton-like system with nitrilotriacetic acid-Fe0/sodium percarbonate (NTA-Fe0/SPC) is used to remove bisphenol A (BPA) from water at neutral pH.The effects of the dosages of Fe0,SPC and NTA,initial pH,and temperature on the removal of BPA are respectively investigated.Results show that the removal rate of BPA can reach 98.8% after 30 min reaction in NTA-Fe0/SPC system under the optimized dosages at a pH of 7 and room temperature.The comparison of different treatments and the change of iron ion concentration during the reaction indicate that the complexation between NTA and iron ion maintains a stable concentration of Fe(Ⅱ) in the system,and hence broadens the application of pH range in NTA-Fe0/SPC.The addition of Fe0 provides the source of Fe(Ⅱ) as the catalyst,and also can accelerate the cycling of Fe(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ) in the reaction,improving the utilization of Fe.Free radical quenching experiment implies that ·OH plays a main role in removing BPA.The pseudo-first-order kinetic model (R12=0.983 4-0.993 3) can describe the removal behavior of BPA in NTA-Fe0/SPC better,indicating that the process is mainly controlled by chemical oxidation.The value of apparent activation energy is 34.68 kJ·mol-1,implying a surface-controlled reaction.Thermodynamic study indicates that the removal reaction of BPA in the system is a spontaneous and endothermic process.This study provides an efficient and eco-friendly method for BPA removal at neutral pH.
