摘要

以三甲胺盐酸盐和AlCl3为原料合成不同摩尔比的离子液体催化剂,测试了不同反应条件对1-癸烯齐聚产物性能的影响,采用GPC(高温凝胶色谱)和FT-IR(傅里叶红外光谱)对齐聚物进行测试。结果表明,在n(三甲胺盐酸盐)∶n(氯化铝)=1∶2.5、聚合温度为90℃、用量为5%、时间为6 h的反应条件下,得到的1-癸烯齐聚物在40℃和100℃的运动黏度分别为 59.67 mm2/s和10.62 mm2/s,转化率为89.3%,凝点为-61.4℃,具有很好的低温流动性。当回收催化剂与新制催化剂的质量比为9∶1时,聚合产物的性能浮动较小,表明催化剂可重复使用,经济效益好。

Abstract

Ionic liquid catalysts with different molar ratios are synthesized from trimethylamine hydrochloride and AlCl3,and used to test the impacts of different reaction conditions on the performance of 1-decene oligomerization products.GPC and FT-IR are utilized to characterize the products.The conditions are as follows:n(trimethylamine hydrochloride)∶n(AlCl3)=1∶2.5,1-decene polymerization happens at 90℃,the dosage of ionic liquid catalyst is 5%,and reaction lasts for 6 hours.The obtained oligomers have kinematic viscosities of 59.67 mm2·s-1 and 10.62 mm2·s-1 at 40℃ and 100℃,respectively,with a conversion rate of 89.3% and a pour point of -61.4℃,exhibiting good low-temperature fluidity.When the catalyst that contains 90% of recovered catalyst and 10% of fresh catalyst is served in the oligomerization,the products remain a stable performance,indicating that the catalyst can be reused,and the economic benefit is good.
