摘要
酶是一种对环境友好的生物催化剂,在环境修复、医药、化工和食品等领域广泛应用,但游离酶的催化性能易受环境因素的影响。酶的固定化技术是提高游离酶的催化稳定性的主要技术之一。首先综述了几种不同的酶固定化技术,介绍了不同固定化技术的优点及特点;其次介绍了不同固定化载体对不同酶的固定效果,并分析了其优势;最后讨论了固定化酶面临的挑战和未来发展前景。
Abstract
Enzymes are environmentally friendly biocatalysts widely used in the fields such as environmental remediation,pharmaceuticals,chemicals,and food aspects.However,the catalytic performance of free enzymes is easily affected by environmental factors.The immobilization technology for enzymes is one of the main techniques to improve the catalytic stability of free enzymes.This article reviews several different immobilization techniques,and introduces their advantages and characteristics.Furthermore,the immobilization effects of different carriers on different enzymes are described,and their advantages are analyzed.In addition,the challenges faced by immobilized enzymes and their prospects are proposed.
