摘要
废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)的资源化利用有利于“碳达峰、碳中和”发展战略的实施。系统综述了GTR在橡胶、热塑性树脂、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚酮树脂等聚合物改性领域的研究现状;从GTR复杂的化学组成、微观形态和聚集态结构等角度出发,提出GTR/聚氨酯复合材料的研发有望成为废旧轮胎胶粉高值化再利用的重要研究方向。
Abstract
The re-utilization of ground tire rubber (GTR) is beneficial for the successfully implementation of the "carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality" strategy.Current research progress on the reuse of GTR in the modification of polymers,such as rubber,thermoplastic resin,polyurethane,epoxy resin,polyketone resin,etc.,is reviewed systematically.From the perspectives of the complex chemical composition,microstructure,and aggregation structure of GTR,it is proposed that the research and development of GTR/polyurethane composites is expected to become an important research direction for the high-value reuse of ground tire rubber.
