摘要
陶瓷过滤机是利用无机陶瓷膜机械强度高、耐腐蚀、易于再生等特点而制备的真空过滤设备,广泛应用于金属、非金属等矿产资源的分离提纯。在其运行过程中,膜污染问题是限制其能效的关键因素。对陶瓷过滤机膜污染控制相关研究进行了综述,重点概述了进料液特性、膜特性及运行条件等对陶瓷膜过滤过程中膜污染的影响,并对膜污染控制策略提出了建议。
Abstract
Ceramic filter is a kind of vacuum filter equipment made of inorganic ceramic membrane with features of high mechanical strength,corrosion resistance and easily regeneration,which is widely used in the separation and purification of metal,non-metal and other mineral resources.In the operation of ceramic filter,membrane fouling is a key factor limiting its energy efficiency.Therefore,conducting analysis on the influencing factors and mechanisms of membrane fouling is of great significance.The research related to control of membrane fouling in ceramic filters is reviewed,focusing on the influences of feed liquid characteristics,membrane characteristics and operating conditions on membrane fouling during ceramic membrane filtration process,and presenting some suggestions on membrane fouling control strategies.
