摘要
总结了石化废水处理过程中生化处理阶段在工艺、设备和控制方法上的国内外研究现状和发展趋势。针对废水处理过程中非线性、时变性和滞后性等特点,分析了影响曝气池溶解氧浓度变化的多种因素。论述了PID控制、模糊控制、模型预测控制和神经网络控制等多种控制算法及其组合应用在溶解氧浓度优化控制上的效果。
Abstract
Global current research status and latest development trends in the biochemical treatment stage of petrochemical wastewater treatment are summarized,focusing on process,equipment,and control method.In the light of the nonlinear,time-varying,and lagging characteristics of wastewater treatment processes,various factors affecting the change in dissolved oxygen concentration in aeration tanks are analyzed.The effects of various control algorithms,such as Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) control,fuzzy control,model predictive control,and neural network control,as well as their combined application in the optimal control of dissolved oxygen concentration are expounded.
