摘要
建立了一种全二维气相色谱-氢火焰检测器(GC×GC-FID)定量分析煤焦油中8种典型噻吩类含硫化合物的方法。采用外标法定量分析,8种含硫化合物标准曲线的线性相关系数R为0.999 0~0.999 9,检出限为0.19~0.26 mg/L,加标回收率在100.0%~115.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.72%~5.5%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,重复性好,适用于煤焦油中噻吩类含硫化合物的定量分析,可为其资源化利用提供理论基础。
Abstract
A method is established for the quantitative analysis of eight typical thiophene-series sulfur compounds in coal tar by full two-dimensional gas chromatography with hydrogen flame detector (GC×GC-FID),which is in fact an external standard method.The linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves for the eight sulfur-containing compounds range from 0.999 0 to 0.999 9.The detection limits are between 0.19 mg·L-1 and 0.26 mg·L-1.The spiked recovery rates are between 100.0% and 115.0%,and the relative standard deviations (RSD) range from 0.72% to 5.5% (n=6).The method is simple,reproducible,and suitable for the quantitative analysis of thiophene-series sulfur-containing compounds in coal tar,providing a theoretical basis for re-utilization of coal tar.
