摘要
从纤维素原料入手,总结了合成乙酰丙酸乙酯的多种技术路线。通过技术路线优缺点对比,优选了纤维素直接醇解法,并探究了纤维素直接醇解法下乙酰丙酸乙酯形成的关键反应机理。以催化剂为切入点,指出了制备乙酰丙酸乙酯催化剂的研究进展,讨论了该领域研究存在的3个问题,特别强调了适用生物质种类的选择,展望了催化剂进一步研究的发展方向。
Abstract
From cellulose raw material,a variety of technical routes for the synthesis of ethyl levulinate are summarized.Through comparing advantages and disadvantages of technical routes,the direct alcohol hydrolysis of cellulose is preferred,and the key reaction mechanism of the formation of ethyl levulinate under the direct alcoholysis of cellulose is explored.In addition,the research progress in the catalysts for preparation of ethyl levulinate is reviewed,and three existing problems in this field are discussed.The selection of suitable biomass varieties is emphasized,and the development of catalysts in this field is introduced.
