摘要
重点介绍了合成PBAT催化剂领域的研究进展,分析了不同体系钛基催化剂的优势与不足,并简述了目前合成PBAT过程中酯化与缩聚阶段的催化反应机理,提出合成PBAT催化剂的改进措施与研究方向,指出研制高效环保的催化剂是未来可生物降解聚酯行业的主流发展趋势。
Abstract
This paper highlights global main research progress in the field of the catalysts for the synthesis of PBAT,and analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of various titanium-based catalysts.It also briefly describes the catalytic reaction mechanism of esterification and polycondensation stages in current synthesis of PBAT,and proposes the improvement measures and research directions of the catalysts for the synthesis of PBAT,which suggests that the development of efficient and environmentally friendly catalysts is the mainstream development trend of the biodegradable polyester industry in the future.
