Within the framework of "carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality",the development of green hydrogen market is of key significance for building a new energy consumption structure with green and low-carbon as the core.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen policy orientation to fully tap the potential of the green hydrogen market and promote its gradual maturity.Firstly,the urgency of developing green hydrogen market in China and the challenges faced are analyzed.On this basis,two main types of cultivation policies are discussed in depth,including the policies supporting green hydrogen economy and the regulatory policies for green hydrogen management,which covering direct incentive measures,revenue stabilization mechanism,carbon pricing mechanism,regulatory policies and the construction of green hydrogen certification system.Finally,these policy tools are comprehensively evaluated,and specific suggestions are given on promoting the development of China's green hydrogen market.
