摘要
综述了细菌、真菌对聚乙烯(PE)塑料的生物降解潜力,介绍了生物降解机制,如定殖、破碎、同化和矿化,分析了以真菌为主的微生物酶在PE塑料降解过程中的作用,讨论了生物降解技术的前景和挑战,为PE塑料生物降解研究提供路径选择和理论借鉴。
Abstract
This paper reviews the biodegradation potential of bacteria and fungi on polyethylene plastics,introduces the biodegradation mechanism,such as colonization,fragmentation,assimilation and mineralization,analyzes the role of microbial enzymes dominated by fungi in the degradation process of polyethylene plastics,expounds the prospect and challenge of biodegradation technology,and provides a path selection and theoretical reference for the study on polyethylene plastics biodegradation.
