摘要

利用二价铜离子将缓蚀剂8-羟基喹啉封装在埃洛石纳米管内,将其加入含硅聚氨酯涂层(PU)中制备复合防腐涂层并涂覆在Q235碳钢表面。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析和透射电镜对封装缓蚀剂的埃洛石纳米管(HNTs/8-HQ/Cu2+)形貌和结构进行表征。在3.5% NaCl溶液中,通过电化学阻抗谱和Tafel极化曲线表征质量分数分别为0%、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%和2.5% HNTs/8-HQ/Cu2+的负载缓蚀剂埃洛石纳米管/含硅聚氨酯复合涂层(PU/HNTs)的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,PU/HNTs涂层相对PU涂层的耐腐蚀性能有显著提升,其中含PU/1.5% HNTs涂层的阻抗值达到8.0×105 Ω·cm2,腐蚀电流密度降至(0.117±0.007) μA/cm2,缓蚀效率达到99.22%,浸泡30 d后涂层的阻抗值依然达到9×104 Ω·cm2

Abstract

8-Hydroxyquinoline,a corrosion inhibitor,is encapsulated in elonite nanotubes by divalent copper ions,forming HNTs/8-HQ/Cu2+ which is added into a silicon-containing polyurethane coating (PU) to prepare a composite anti-corrosion coating that is coated on the surface of Q235 carbon steel.The morphology and structure of HNTs/8-HQ/Cu2+ are characterized through using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and transmission electron microscopy.In a 3.5% NaCl solution,the corrosion resistance of PU/HNTs containing 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,and 2.5% of HNTs/8-HQ/Cu2+ is characterized by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel polarization curves.Characterization results show that PU/HNTs coating has a significantly higher corrosion resistance than PU coating,of which PU/1.5% HNTs coating shows an impedance value of 8.0×105 Ω·cm2,a corrosion current density of 0.117±0.007 μA·cm-2,and a corrosion inhibition efficiency of 99.22%.The impedance value of the coating still reaches 9×104 Ω·cm2 after 30 days of immersion.
