超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)是一种性能优异的新型材料,一般指分子量在150万以上的线性长链聚乙烯材料。UHMWPE分子量大、分子链长的特点赋予其优越的抗冲击、耐磨损、高强度、抗化学腐蚀、耐低温等性能。对国内外超高分子量聚乙烯行业发展现状进行了分析,在此基础上对我国UHMWPE行业发展前景进行了展望并提出建议,力争提高我国UHMWPE行业竞争力,稳步推进产业发展。

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a new type of material with excellent performance,which generally refers to linear long-chain polyethylene material with molecular weight above 1.5 million.Its characteristics of large molecular weight and long molecular chain endow it with superior impact resistance,abrasion resistance,high strength,chemical corrosion resistance,low temperature resistance and other properties.The development situation of the UHMWPE industry in the world is analyzed,summarized and discussed.On this basis,the development prospect of China's UHMWPE industry is outlooked and some suggestions are put forward,which will provide favorable reference for improving the competitiveness of China's UHMWPE industry and promoting the healthy and rapid development of related enterprises.
