摘要

以污泥源腐殖酸为前驱物,通过改变纯化条件和活化温度制备出不同的电极材料。利用BET、XRD、Raman表征分析电极材料的结构特征。通过搭建三电极体系并利用CV、EIS、GCD和循环性能测试研究其电化学性能。结果表明,腐殖酸纯化后,再经KOH于700℃活化,所制电极材料表现出较高的比电容(275.3 F/g),其在1 A/g的电流密度下进行1 000次循环后仍保留95.57%以上的比电容,循环稳定性较好。

Abstract

Taking sludge-sourced humic acid as precursor,different electrode materials are prepared through changing purification condition and activation temperature,and their structure is characterized by means of BET,XRD,Raman and XPS.Additionally,the electrochemical properties of the prepared materials are measured by using CV,EIS,GCD and cyclic performance tests through establishing a three-electrode system.Results show that the electrode materials prepared exhibit a high specific capacitance of 275.3 F·g-1 after they are purified by humic acid and then activated by KOH at 700℃.Meanwhile,the electrode materials still maintain 95.57% of their specific capacitance after they has been recycled for 1 000 times at a current of 1 A·g-1,showing a good cycle stability.
