摘要
通过静电纺丝结合原位聚合的方法制备了聚苯胺(PANI)/炭黑(CB)/聚丙烯腈(PAN)电极材料;利用红外光谱和扫描隧道纤维镜分析了材料的结构,并对制备的样品进行电化学检测。结果表明,在0.5 mA/cm2的电流密度下,PANI/CB/PAN放电时间为28.03 s,面积比电容为9.427 mF/cm2,实现了柔性超级电容器电极材料放电时间的延长和比电容的有效增长。该材料有望在柔性超级电容电极方面得到广泛应用。
Abstract
Polyaniline/carbon black/polyacrylonitrile (PANI/CB/PAN) electrode material is prepared through electrospinning and in situ polymerization methods.The structure of the material is confirmed by means of infrared spectroscopy and scanning tunnel fiber images,and the electrochemical detection is also performed on the prepared samples.It is found that under a current density of 0.5 mA·cm-2,the discharge time of PANI/CB/PAN is 28.03 s,and the area specific capacitance is 9.427 mF·cm-2,which realizes the extension of discharge time of the electrode material for flexible supercapacitor and the effective increase of the specific capacitance.The material is expected to be widely used in flexible supercapacitor electrodes.
