中高压贫气乙烷回收流程分析及优选

摘要

为解决中高压贫气乙烷回收流程中能耗高及设备利用率低带来的经济损失问题,对3种高效乙烷回收流程(部分气体循环流程RSV、带压缩的强精馏流程SRC、冷干气回流流程CRR)进行能耗、20240540-1 以及经济分析对比,选出最佳流程为SRC。在保证乙烷回收率在95 %以上的条件下,利用HYSYS软件模拟计算。能耗分析表明,SRC流程能耗最低,比RSV和CRR分别低10.17 %、2.25 %。20240540-1 分析表明,主体工艺中SRC流程总 20240540-1 损最小,比RSV和CRR分别低63.51 %、11.73 %。经济分析表明,SRC流程年消耗经济成本最低,年总经济效益最好,比RSV和CRR分别高4.98 %、13.24 %。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that economic loss is caused by high energy consumption and low equipment utilization in medium and high pressure lean gas ethane recovery process,three high-efficiency ethane recovery processes,including recycle split vapor process (RSV),supplemental rectification with compression process (SRC) and cold residue reflux process (CRR),are compared in terms of energy consumption,exergy analysis and economic analysis.SRC is selected as the best process.HYSYS software is employed to simulate calculation while ensuring an ethane recovery rate of over 95 %.It is shown by energy consumption analysis that SRC exhibits the lowest energy consumption,which is 10.17 % and 2.25 % lower than RSV and CRR,respectively.It is verified through exergy analysis that SRC in the main process shows the smallest total exergy loss,which is 63.51 % and 11.73 % lower than RSV and CRR,respectively.It is found from economic analysis that SRC presents the lowest annual economic cost and the best total annual economic benefit,which is 4.98 % and 13.24 % higher than RSV and CRR,respectively.
