摘要

综述了NBT基铁电陶瓷弛豫特性增强途径及结构设计调控储能性能方法。首先介绍了NBT的晶体结构及其相变,其次详细阐述了增强NBT陶瓷弛豫性和储能性能调控方法,最后对NBT基弛豫铁电材料未来的方向和发展提出了见解。

Abstract

The ways to enhance the relaxation characteristics of NBT-based ferroelectric ceramic and the methods to control the energy storage performance through structural design are reviewed.Firstly,the crystal structure and phase transition of NBT are introduced.Secondly,the methods to enhance the relaxation of NBT ceramic and regulate the energy storage properties are described in detail.Finally,the future direction and development of NBT-based relaxation ferroelectric materials are proposed.
