摘要
从工业应用的角度,介绍了国内外六氟乙烷(R116)的主要合成方法,评估出较有前景的工业化路线。分析了国内外企业的纯化技术和纯化工艺设计等工程研究现状。结合作者课题组的研究,提出了高纯R116制备的核心是纯化技术,研究重点在于提升针对特定杂质的吸附剂性能。利用杂质与R116在吸附剂表面的热力学作用力差异,定向设计高效吸附材料,再结合精馏去除不凝气是制备高纯R116国产化替代的方向。
Abstract
The synthesis methods for hexafluoroethane in the world are introduced from the industrial application perspective,and a promising industrial production route is suggested.The purification technology and process design for hexafluoroethane of worldwide enterprises are summarized and analyzed.Combined with the concrete study of the author's research team itself,it is proposed that the purification technology is the core for the preparation of high purity hexafluoroethane.The research in the future should focus on improving the adsorbent performance to specific impurities.An efficient adsorbent material can be specially designed by means of the difference of thermodynamic forces between impurities and hexafluoroethane on the surface of adsorbent.Furthermore,non-condensable gases can be removed through distillation,which representing the right direction for localization of hexafluoroethane in China.
