摘要
通过研究湖南省钢铁行业涉铊现状,整理了湖南省钢铁行业铊转化途径及污染现状、铊污染物处理处置及再利用情况、监控管控现状,分析了湖南省钢铁冶炼行业铊污染问题及成因,并从源头削减、控制污染途径、加强监管、强化科研攻关等方面为典型钢铁行业铊污染防治提供参考对策与建议。
Abstract
The current thallium-involving situation in steel industry of Hunan province,China is studied.The conversion ways and pollution status of thallium,the treatment,disposal and reuse of thallium pollutants,and the monitoring and control status are also analyzed,what is more,the thallium pollution problems and buried causes in Hunan provincial steel industry are explored.Some reference countermeasures from the aspects pf source reduction,pollution control,supervision and scientific research are given for prevention and control of thallium pollution in typical steel industry.
