摘要

简述了自剥离水凝胶敷料的市场需求和医学性能优势;介绍了合成自剥离水凝胶敷料的3种常见天然材料;详细综述了温度、机械力、极性物质、离子条件等响应因素对水凝胶自剥离的作用方式和性能影响及对应的水凝胶敷料的合成方式;同时对自剥离的水凝胶医用敷料的未来发展方向进行总结和提出展望。

Abstract

A brief overview about market demand and medical performance advantages of self-exfoliating hydrogel dressings is given.Three kinds of commonly natural materials for synthesizing self-exfoliating hydrogel dressings are introduced.The influences of temperature,mechanical force,polarity substances,ion conditions,and other responsive factors on the self-exfoliating mechanisms and performance of hydrogel dressings are comprehensively reviewed,and the corresponding synthesis methods are introduced.Furthermore,the future development direction of self-exfoliating hydrogel medical dressings is summarized and prospected.
