摘要
采用溶剂蒸发法制备聚(2,5-苯并咪唑)/磺化聚醚醚酮(ABPBI/SPEEK)高温质子交换复合膜。考察了SPEEK的掺入对ABPBI/SPEEK质子交换复合膜的结构及性能的影响。结果表明,ABPBI膜和ABPBI/SPEEK复合膜在高温下的热稳定性能良好;随着SPEEK的掺入,ABPBI/SPEEK复合膜有更好的氧化稳定性和机械性能,ABPBI/SPEEK(20%)复合膜在芬顿试剂中96 h后的质量损失为0.84%,其拉伸强度为120.51 MPa,相较于Nafion 117膜明显提高;ABPBI/SPEEK(20%)复合膜的酸掺杂率为186.68%,该膜在160℃、0% RH时的质子电导率为3.4 mS/cm,约为ABPBI膜的1.78倍。
Abstract
Poly(2, 5-benzimidazole)/sulfonated polyether ether ketone (ABPBI/SPEEK) high-temperature proton exchange composite membrane is prepared through using a solvent evaporation method.The effect of SPEEK addition on the structure and properties of ABPBI/SPEEK proton exchange composite membrane is investigated.It is indicated that both ABPBI membrane and ABPBI/SPEEK composite membrane have good thermal stability at high temperature.With the addition of SPEEK, ABPBI/SPEEK composite membrane shows better oxidation stability and mechanical properties.ABPBI/SPEEK(20%) composite membrane delivers a 0.84% of weight loss after 96 h in Fenton reagent, and its tensile strength is 120.51 MPa, which is significantly higher than that of Nafion117 membrane.The acid doping rate of ABPBI/SPEEK(20%) composite membrane is 186.68%, its proton conductivity is 3.4 mS·cm-1 at 160℃ and 0% RH, which is approximately 1.78 times that of ABPBI membrane.
