摘要
针状焦是人造石墨的重要原材料之一,具有结晶度高、热膨胀系数小、取向性好、导电性能及导热性能优异等特点,被广泛应用于电炉炼钢的超高功率石墨电极、特种炭素制品、锂离子电池负极等领域。基于针状焦材料,从材料合成、结构设计和性能优化等角度,详细讨论了针状焦在不同领域中的应用场景和面临的挑战,并提出优化改进方案。
Abstract
Needle coke is one of the important raw materials for artificial graphite, and features with high crystallinity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good orientation, excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity.It is widely used in the fields such as ultra-high power graphite electrodes for electric furnace steelmaking, special carbon products, and cathodes for lithium-ion batteries.The application scenarios and challenges of needle coke in different fields are analyzed from the perspectives of material synthesis, structural design and performance optimization, and the optimization and improvement schemes are also proposed.
