摘要

建立了磁性氧化石墨烯分散萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定塑料包装饮品中28种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的迁移量。采用磁性氧化石墨烯作为分散固相萃取吸附剂,邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂富集后经乙腈洗脱,然后通过气相色谱-质谱联用分析。结果表明,磁性氧化石墨烯用量15 mg、吸附15 min、采用1 mL乙腈进行15 min洗脱,可以实现28种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的富集和净化。线性相关系数为0.992 8~0.999 9,在低、中、高3水平下加标回收率为77.3%~126.7%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~9.9%,检出限为1.5~15 μg/L,定量限为5~50 μg/L。该方法操作简单、分析速度快、重现性好,适用于塑包饮品中28种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的测定。

Abstract

A method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with magnetic grapheme oxide dispersion extraction is developed for the determination of migration amount of 28 kinds of phthalate esters in plastic packaged drinks.By taking magnetic graphene oxide as a disperse solid phase extraction adsorbent,phthalate esters are enriched and eluted with acetonitrile,and determined by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.It is shown that 28 kinds of phthalate esters can be enriched and purified by 15 mg of magnetic graphene oxide within 15 min of adsorption time followed by 15 min of desorption by 1 mL of acetone.The correlation coefficients are 0.992 8-0.999 9,the recoveries are 77.3%-126.7%,the relative standard deviations are 1.5%-9.9%,the detection limits are 1.5-15 μg·L-1 and the quantification limits are 5-50 μg·L-1.This method is simple,rapid and reproducible,and can be used to determine the migration amount of 28 kinds of phthalate esters in plastic packaged drinks.
