摘要
以硫铁矿烧渣中铁和磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2PO4)作为铁源和磷源,采用酸浸、氨化-转溶和反应沉淀等步骤制备二水磷酸铁(FePO4·2H2O)。结果表明,盐酸用量过量系数1.4、酸浸时间3 h、酸浸温度为90℃时铁浸出率可达到89.44%;氨化除杂pH为1.80时,可得到Fe(OH)3沉淀,将沉淀物采用盐酸转溶得到净化液,净化液中杂质Ca2+、Mg2+、Al3+等去除率分别为60.18%、95.24%、30.08%。在铁源和磷源摩尔比为1∶1、反应3 h、pH为2.0的条件下得到FePO4·2H2O,其中Fe、P质量分数分别为29.74%和16.68%,铁磷比为0.99。
Abstract
Iron in pyrite cinder and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate are used as the sources of iron and phosphorus respectively to prepare ferric phosphate dihydrate through acid leaching,ammoniation,transforming to soluble and reactive precipitation.It is shown that the leaching rate of iron can reach 89.44% when the excess factor of hydrochloric acid usage is 1.4,the acid leaching time is 3 h and the acid leaching temperature is 90℃.Ferric hydroxide precipitant can be obtained when the pH is 1.80 for removing impurities by ammoniation,and a purification solution can be obtained through transforming the precipitant to soluble matters by hydrochloric acid,and the removal rates of impurities such as Ca2+,Mg2+ and Al3+ in the solution reach 60.18%,95.24% and 30.08%,respectively.Ferric phosphate dihydrate is synthesized under the conditions that the molar ratio of feeding iron and phosphorus sources is 1∶1,the reaction has performed for 3 h and pH is 2.0.The mass fractions of Fe and P in the product are 29.74% and 16.68%,respectively,and the molar ratio of iron-phosphorus is 0.99.
