摘要
采用溶剂热法在五氧化二钒(V2O5)中掺杂铜离子,研究了不同乙醇与水体积比对产物微观结构和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着乙醇与水体积比的增大,首次充放电容量不断增加,移动电荷电阻逐渐减小,产物形貌从片状、球状最终变为棒状。与普通溶剂热法相比,超临界乙醇法制备的产物具有较低的移动电荷电阻(10 Ω)和较高的初始放电容量(379 mA·h/g)。
Abstract
Copper ions are doped into V2O5 through solvothermal method,and the influences of different volume ratios of water to ethanol on the electrochemical properties and micromorphological characteristics of the products are researched.It is found that with the increasing volume ratio of ethanol to water in the solvothermal method,the first charge-discharge capacity of the products prepared increases continuously,their mobile charge resistance gradually decreases,and their morphology also changes from sheet to spherical and finally to rod.Compared with the ones prepared via common solvothermal method,the products prepared via supercritical ethanol method have a lower mobile charge resistance (10 Ω) and a higher initial discharge capacity (379 mA·h·g-1).
