摘要

采用异丙氧基三(乙二胺基-N-乙氧基)钛酸酯(TCA-K44)对纳米二氧化硅进行表面改性,将改性后的纳米二氧化硅(Ti-SiO2)视作扩链剂接入聚氨酯主链,制备了一系列改性纳米二氧化硅/水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(Ti-SiO2-WPUA)光固化涂料,探究了不同Ti-SiO2含量对Ti-SiO2-WPUA固化膜的表面性能、力学性能、热稳定性、疏水性等性能的影响。结果表明,Ti-SiO2成功地引入了聚氨酯链段中,改性后的Ti-SiO2-WPUA表面变得粗糙,乳液平均粒径变大,固化膜具有更好的疏水性、热稳定性和力学性能,随着Ti-SiO2含量的增加,固化膜的表面更加粗糙,硬度、水接触角、热稳定性均有所增强,拉伸性能和断裂伸长率先升后降,并在添加量为2%时达到最大值。

Abstract

Isopropoxy tris(ethylenediamin-N-ethoxy) titanate is used to modify nano silica on its surface,and the modified nano-silica (Ti-SiO2),as a kind of chain extender,is embedded in polyurethane backbone chain.A series of modified nano-silica/water-based polyurethane acrylate (Ti-WPUA) light-curable coatings are prepared,and the effects of different Ti-SiO2 contents on the surface properties,mechanical properties,thermal stability,hydrophobicity and other properties of Ti-WPUA cured films are explored.The results show that Ti-SiO2 has been successfully embedded into the polyurethane chain.The surface of the modified Ti-WPUA becomes rough,the average particle size of the emulsion becomes larger,and the cured film has better hydrophobicity,thermal stability,and mechanical properties.With the increase of Ti-SiO2 content,the surface of the cured film becomes rougher,the hardness,water contact angle,and thermal stability are all enhanced,while the tensile properties and elongation at break rise firstly and then drop,and both reach the maximum values when the addition amount of Ti-SiO2 is 2%.
