摘要

苯选择加氢制环己烯技术因其路线短、成本低廉、原子经济性强等优点而具有良好的工业应用前景。从苯选择加氢反应机理、反应工艺和不同体系催化剂性能出发,总结了现阶段苯选择性加氢制环己烯技术存在的问题,对比了各反应工艺的优势与缺点,强调了未来苯选择性加氢工艺面临的困难与挑战;同时介绍了不同体系下苯选择加氢制环己烯催化剂的研究成果,指出了今后催化剂研究的主要方向。

Abstract

The selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene has attracted the attention of researchers because of its short route,low cost,strong atomic economy and other advantages,which have good industrial application prospects.Based on the reaction mechanism and process of benzene selective hydrogenation as well as the performance of the catalyst under various systems,the problems existing in the technology for the selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene at present are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of various reaction process are compared,and the difficulties and challenges faced by the selective benzene hydrogenation process in the future are emphasized.The research results on the catalysts for selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene in different systems are introduced,and main research directions for the catalysts in the future are pointed out.
