摘要

论述了目前膜法脱除烟气中二氧化碳(CO2)的工艺技术发展现状。对比了几种常用碳捕集工艺技术的特点及应用场合;相比其他分离方法,膜分离法具有投资较少、占地小、耗能少等优势。介绍了膜法分离原理、膜材料种类,调研了国内外膜法碳捕集应用案例。最后对烟气膜法脱除CO2技术发展方向进行了展望,指出膜分离技术能显著降低碳捕集过程的能耗,是未来烟气碳捕集技术的发展方向。

Abstract

Current situation of membrane technology for removing carbon dioxide from flue gas is described.The characteristics and applications of several common carbon capture technologies are compared and analyzed.Compared with other separation methods,the membrane separation method has the advantages of less investment,smaller land occupation and lower energy consumption.Membrane separation principle and membrane materials are introduced,and the application cases of membrane separation method in carbon dioxide capture in the world are analyzed.The development direction of membrane technology for removing carbon dioxide from flue gas is prospected.It is suggested that membrane separation technology can significantly consume less energy in carbon dioxide capture process,which will represent the development direction of carbon dioxide capture technology for flue gas.
