摘要

阐述了利用火电厂烟气余热对脱硫废水进行低温闪蒸、低温旁路浓缩塔和主烟道喷淋浓缩3种不同热法浓缩减量技术,以降低脱硫废水零排放运行成本;分析了3种方法的基本原理、技术特点和工程应用情况;并展望了利用烟气余热的脱硫废水浓缩减量技术的发展趋势。

Abstract

Three kinds of thermal concentration and reduction technologies,which utilizes flue gas-carried afterheat in thermal power plants to reduce the operating cost for zero discharge treatment of flue gas desulfurization wastewater,are expounded,including low temperature flash,low temperature bypass concentration tower and main flue spray concentration.Their basic principles,technical characteristics and engineering applications are analyzed.The prospect is given to the development trend of flue gas afterheat utilization-based concentration and reduction technology for desulfurization wastewater in thermal power plants.
