摘要

针对目前废活性炭的处理利用与二次污染等问题,对国内外不同方式产生的等离子体再生活性炭技术进行了总结与展望。结果表明,通过高压脉冲放电、介质阻挡放电和微波等方式产生的等离子体对活性炭再生有显著效果,但也会破坏活性炭的表面结构,降低其使用寿命。建议在考虑经济性、实用性和可操作性等多重因素下,将等离子体技术与其他再生技术进行耦合,实现降低能耗的同时提高再生活性炭的效率与使用寿命。

Abstract

In view of current treatment and utilization of spent activated carbon as well as secondary pollution,this review summarizes global relevant research and status quo of plasma regeneration technologies for activated carbon in different ways.It is found that the plasma generated by high voltage pulse discharge,dielectric barrier discharge and microwave has a significant effect on the regeneration of activated carbon,but they may also destroy the surface structure of activated carbon and reduce its service life.It is suggested to couple the plasma technology with other regeneration technologies under the consideration of multiple factors such as economy,practicability and operability,which can reduce energy consumption,prevent the structure of activated carbon from being destroyed,and improve the regeneration efficiency and service life of activated carbon.
