摘要

将农业废弃物和其他有机物混合厌氧发酵可以有效改善农业废弃物单一原料发酵带来的营养结构失衡、纤维素含量高及发酵效率低等问题。总结了农业废弃物单一原料发酵的现状。综述了农业废弃物与果蔬废弃物、餐厨垃圾、牲畜粪便及多组分底物混合厌氧发酵的研究进展,分析了混合厌氧发酵的主要影响因素,包括混合比例、温度及微生物群落,最后介绍了该技术在新型能源工业等领域的应用。

Abstract

The mixed anaerobic fermentation of agricultural wastes with other organic matters together can effectively solve the problems caused by the fermentation of agricultural wastes alone,such as the imbalance of nutritional structure,high content of cellulose and low fermentation efficiency.Current situation about single fermentation of agricultural wastes is reviewed.This paper also reviews the research progress on mixed anaerobic fermentation of agricultural wastes together with fruit vegetable wastes,kitchen wastes,livestock manure and multi-component substrates,respectively.It also analyzes main influencing factors for mixed anaerobic fermentation,including mixing ratio,temperature and microbial community,and proposes the application of this technology in new energy industry and other fields.
