摘要
建立了碱溶-电位滴定法测定重整催化剂中氯含量的方法,对催化剂样品消解条件、方法干扰、方法准确性进行了考察。通过实验,得到方法检测范围为0.60%~1.80%。称取样品的质量为0.15 g左右,采用30 mL质量浓度为30 g/L碱液进行消解,消解温度约为250℃,时间在10 min左右,调节抽提液pH小于7。制定了石化行业测定重整催化剂中氯含量的新标准,并在炼化企业得到应用。
Abstract
A method is established for the determination of chlorine content in reforming catalyst by alkaline solution digestion-potentiometric titration.The digestion conditions for the catalyst samples, as well as the interference and accuracy of the method are investigated.It is obtained by experiments that the method has a detection range of 0.60%-1.80%.The catalyst sample with a weight of about 0.15 g is digested by 30 mL of alkali lye with a mass concentration of 30 g·L-1.The digestion has been carried out at a temperature of about 250℃ for about 10 min.The pH of the extract liquid should not be greater than 7.According to this method, a new standard is established for the detection of chlorine content in the reforming catalyst in the petrochemical industry, and is applied in refineries.
