摘要
为了实现亚硝酸盐的灵敏检测,利用溶液剥离法和水合肼还原法制备了MWCNT@rGONR复合材料,并通过SEM和XRD等测试手段进行材料表征。将制备的复合材料滴涂在玻碳电极表面,借助简单可控的电聚合方法将中性红修饰到电极上,最终制备了PNR/MWCNT@rGONR/GCE。采用计时电流法对NO2-进行定量检测,结果表明,氧化峰电流与亚硝酸盐浓度在1.0×10-7~1.9×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.1×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3);同时,所制备的复合电极表现出良好的选择性和重现性。用此复合电极对某石化循环冷水进行实际水样的测定,回收率为93.26%~97.42%,相对标准偏差低于5.32%,结果较为理想。
Abstract
In order to realize the sensitive detection to nitrites, the solution stripping method and the hydrazine hydrate reduction method are employed to prepare MWCNT@rGONR.The composites are characterized by means of SEM and XRD.The prepared composite material is dropped on the surface of glassy carbon electrode, and then neutral red is modified on the electrode through a simple controllable electropolymerization method.Finally, PNR/MWCNT@rGONR/GCE is obtained.Quantitative detection of NO2- is proceeded by means of chronoamperometry, and it is shown there is a good linear relationship between oxidation peak current and nitrite concentration in the range of 1.0×10-7-1.9×10-3 mol·L-1.The detection limit is 7.1×10-8 mol·L-1(S/N=3).In addition, the prepared composite electrode shows good selectivity and reproducibility.As this composite electrode is applied to detect the circulating cold water sample in a petrochemical plant, the recovery is 93.26%-97.42%, and the relative standard deviation is lower than 5.32%, presenting a satisfactory result.
