摘要
介绍了含油污泥的性质、种类以及常用处理方法,归纳总结了含油污泥催化热解相关研究,重点对原位热解和非原位热解2种催化热解方式进行了讨论。其中定向催化热解技术可以实现热解产物的有效调控,具有良好的发展前景。同时还概述了热解催化剂的再生利用方法。催化热解技术在含油污泥资源化的实际应用中仍存在巨大挑战,亟需从反应机制、新型催化剂设计、工艺放大及先进装备等方面开展深入而系统的研究。
Abstract
The properties and types of oily sludge, as well as common treatment methods are introduced, and the related research on catalytic pyrolysis of oily sludge is summarized.It also systematically discusses two catalytic pyrolysis methods:in-situ pyrolysis and ex-situ pyrolysis.Among them, the directional catalytic pyrolysis technology can realize the effective regulation of pyrolysis products and shows good development prospects.Meanwhile, the methods for the regeneration and reuse of pyrolysis catalysts are reviewed.The catalytic pyrolysis technology still faces great challenges in re-utilizing oily sludge.Therefore, further systematic research is urgently needed in the aspects of the reaction mechanism, the design of novel catalysts, amplification processes, and advanced equipment.
