摘要

基于对国内外大量文献资料、应用情况的调研,研发了一套撬装式高温等离子体处理油基钻屑的设备。从油基钻屑的处理现状、机理、设备和处理过程中的影响因素等方面系统地介绍了等离子体处理油基钻屑的研究成果,最后指出了该工艺技术存在的问题并提出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract

A skid-mounted high-temperature plasma treatment equipment is developed for treating with oil-based drill cuttings, based on a large number of literature and applications in the world.The research progress in the treatment of oil-based drill cuttings by plasma is systematically presented from the aspects of current situation, mechanism, equipment, and influencing factors in the treatment process.Finally, the existing problems of the technology are pointed out, and future research directions are put forward.
